Weekly roundup - 11 February 2022

This week at Pre-School the Bumbles class have been exploring the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. We have enjoyed sharing the story together during circle time, with children retelling the story themselves. We discussed the different characters and their feelings and emotions. The children painted their own magic beans and collaged golden eggs!

Love has been a top topic too this week for all the children, discussing the upcoming celebration of Valentine's Day! We made heart shaped biscuits in our cooking sessions and made love heart cards for the people we love!

The children enjoyed their Superstar Sports football training on Tuesday afternoon, showing off their fabulous ball control skills and Moo Music was full of fun and singing on Thursday!

Pre-School is closed next week for half term, we will be returning on Monday 21st February, where both rooms will begin looking at the new topic of Spring.
