Admissions
At Springfield Bees we love to meet children and their parents/carers before they start at the setting. To arrange a visit and pick up our registration form please contact us.
We always aim to be able to offer your preferred sessions, but if we are unable to offer your child a place, you have the option to put them on our waiting list. You will be contacted nearer the time to advise you whether a place has become available. Being on our waiting list does not guarantee a place becoming available.
Springfield Bees are proud to offer qualifying 2, 3 and 4 year olds in receipt of the 15 hours free entitlement known as FEEE (or up to 30 hours extended entitlement) completely free of charge.
Free settling in sessions
Once your place has been confirmed, we will arrange settling in sessions. These are usually 2 one hour sessions where your child will get to know their Key Worker and give you an opportunity to discuss your child’s needs and requirements.
Fees
£23.00 per session (for 3 & for 4 year olds)
£24.00 per session (2 and 3 year olds)
Any ad-hoc sessions (where available) will be charged at a flat rate of £25.00 per session.
Sibling Discount:
10% sibling discount on sessions taken when both children in attendance.
Snack:
Voluntary contribution of 50p per session per child.
Late payment of fees:
£15.00 for fees that remain unpaid in advance of a child’s attendance.
Late Collection of child:
£15.00 per child per 15 minutes or part thereof - e.g. - if you are 20 minutes late this will result in a fine of £30. This charge is necessary to cover the costs of additional staffing and administration.
No refunds are given for children not attending reserved sessions (including sickness and holidays). A minimum of one month’s notice is required for changes to sessions.
