Sophie O’Sullivan
Acting Manager
Sophie is an accomplished, award winning, Acting Manager with a passion for early years education and a commitment to excellence.
Recognised as EYFS Practitioner of the Year at the Essex Teaching Awards 2023 and Highly Commended Nursery Practitioner of the Year at the Nursery World Awards 2023, she has established herself as a leader in her field.
Sophie has completed the Early Years Professional Development Programme (EYPDP) and the Making it REAL project, equipping her with advanced skills to support children’s learning and development. She continues to enhance her expertise to deliver high-quality, inclusive education. Her dedication inspires both colleagues and families, creating a thriving environment for children to grow.
Our Staff
Our staff team is made up of carefully selected individuals who share our commitment of providing high quality experiences and rich learning opportunities for all children.
Our staff have a high level of qualifications and/or experience and genuine interest in child development. Staff and are provided with continual training opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills and to meet statutory guidelines. All staff have comprehensive safeguarding training and are qualified in paediatric first aid.
