Please find below this week's preschool round up. I'm going away this weekend so have sent it over today as I won't be able to tomorrow.
As another great week at Pre-School draws to an end, we reflect on all the fun that has been had!
The Bumbles class have enjoyed listening to the story 'What the ladybird heard'. With the story set on a farm we've been discussing farm life and animals, with the children sharing their own experiences of going to the farm! We've enjoyed ladybird craft activities, bug hunting in ice, cutting and sticking worksheets as well as lots of dressing up and role play and exploring outside on the field.
We made banana muffins during our cooking sessions, with the children peeling, chopping and mixing the ingredients.
Coach Craig was back on Tuesday with another fun Superstar Sports session. The children's colour recognition was put to the test this week, having to put the balls into the correct coloured hoops. They also practiced throwing and catching a ball gaining more control.
The Honeys class have welcomed some new friends this week, proving to be such good role models as always, showing their new friends what fun we have at Pre-School!
Farmer Laura was in on Thursday with Maggie Moo, getting the children mooooving to some Moo Music classics!
***If you haven't booked an appointment for parents evening and you wish to do so, please speak with a staff member at the door during drop off/pick up and we'll get you booked in!***
We hope you all enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend and we'll see you all again next week! Our colour and shape next week will be purple and heart.
